I did a little scouting and made changes about a dozen boxes overall in my GP, not as many as I thought I would. I've been looking forward to another game against Carolina since last years game where they beat me by 3 IIRC. Looking at the scouting report its no wonder their defence is #1, they have 2x 4 point LBs 11 points at DL a 4 point DB- they got it all, and on offence to take the heat off and let them just play prevent with a huge lead most of the time. Most of the changes I made were me finding a little improvement to my GP, only changes to a couple of lines specific to Carolina. I've been looking forward to playing Mr Slavin since he joined too, he sounds like a nice guy and a successful coach, so I'm excited to see what his gameplan can do with the brilliant Panthers players, its just a shame he's not active ATM in AY. Given the fact the Eagles have been playing well and have just beaten another great passing team last week I feel confident that we will win this game, a sure sign that I'm ripe for a fall! LOL. Should be a good tune up leading into the business side of the year, and final run home of Washington Atlanta Arizona. Considering it is a game between the league's 2 stingiest defences (I allowed 20 yards more in 12 games) and 2 ok offences (# 10&14 I've managed 18 fewer yards in 12 games) it might end up being a low scoring affair, which will suit me fine because in such turnovers, field position and kickers can potentially win a game, and I feel these 3 tactics are ones in which Philly are particularly strong. I'm revved up, can't wait for thursday/friday, the playoffs on the horizon are adding an electric quality to the air in the Eagles locker room, and I've given the players 24 hours off as a reward for bringing home to Philadelphia the first NFC East title since 9 years ago in the 2001 season. good luck this week folks, may those teams I've picked have all the luck!

The Arizona gameplan is also in - it didn't take long to prepare! We are resigned to not making the playoffs and are trying to find someone brave enough to be our defensive co-ordinator at the moment. Whilst the search continues, the Cardinals are persevering with their deplorable system for the rest of the season. So, expect a lot of points in the against column again this week, but will be trying to enthuse the offence to score more points as well. I am not sure if Alan is still active, but it probably wouldn't matter either way!

the cards never win on defence, so not much has changed, will love to see this shootout this week. I hope Alan is still coaching AY! Gp changed a little by the look of it about week 4, but always seems to look similar in the roundup even when he's there as far as I can tell. If alan was gone that would mean the whole div is empty! :O
