Well, the gameplan for the final game of the season against my arch rival is in.

Needing two unlikely events to happen to get into the playoffs I was in two minds about how to approach this game. In addition, Alex is looking for that perfect 16-0 record too, and it would be a shame to spoil that opportunity.

I toyed with the idea of playing either UP or HARD in an effort to secure the win I need, but decided against either in the end.

Decided to stand or fall on the merit of the gameplan submitted.

Our first game was a 35-38 classic which Alex pipped, and a game in which I experimented in by calling only 3 defences. In the end it was one defence too many!

I will be hoping to repay the favour and pip Alex this week to even up our divisional battles, the rest is up to the Cowboys!

Looking forward to the game Al, good luck!

49ers game is in and have no idea how we will go. first game showed that lack of training on certain plays meant massive penalties.

still it was a decent start and looks good for the future.

have put in a gameplan that could go either way and hoping for continued improvement and looking forward to the new season.

biggest worry is the cull as my roster is huge and has some reduced vets on hand that will be leaving some key areas.

Me too, unlike every other game this season I havne't had time to prep this game, I have decided to play my full 32 lines against the Cards, I am 2 games away from meeting my season goal, sweeping the Cards and winning a playoff game.
There were several lines I hid against the Falcons, but as we head intot he playoffs the best Coombe gameplan will go in, and it will be needed against the mighty Cards, Eagles Cards games are always fiery and close, and each unique.
I hope I get enough time tomorrow night to prepare for this game properly, but probably what will happen is I will merely put back my ideal GP and use this as another test for the playoffs.

the gp is in, just restored 3 lines that were changed for Atlanta we restored and training and bonuses etc added.
Ready for a good hitout, but expect without having done any scouting or defensive changes for the Cards they whould probably win this one, with some recent form and everything to win and nothing to loose.
Therefore if I win this game I'll concede that the birds' GP is the real deal and ready to take on the playoff calibre teams come rain sleet or snow. Still think though its just a simple safe scheme that isn't all that powerful, wouldn't be surprised by a big blowout in the desert this week to please the hometown fans.

looking forward to the game tomorrow night, and jumping out of my skin to see what happens to my beloved AY franchise in a year that will see us pick last in the draft.
With an extremely young offence the D is sure to pay the price, 3 of the oldest 4 guys ont he team are my 3-4's Dline, the 4th is a LB. Of all the players over 6 years experience only 2 are on offence- so could be a bad year for Philly's slowing D.
