Poll :
What do Bengals management need to do to get back on track?

  Look for a new headcoach.
Find a coach who pays more attention to detail.
Get some one younger who can relate to the players.
Look at getting an experienced offensive co-ordinator.
Wait for a couple more high draft picks.
Steady as she goes - no changes

Bengals front office are currently in contract negotiations with headcoach Tom Richards. His last contract expired mid-season and it appears that all options are being explored.

Word on the street is that management are furious at the teams slide from playoff calculations and they they may opt to part ways.

I think your great intra divisional record shows you have what it takes to win the div, but loose to a few of the A grade teams this year.
Easier schedule next year will seee the Bengals rocket past the over achieving Titans who will crumble having to play the 2nd best team in the NFC's divs!

This is a no-brainer Tom!

You stay with the Bengals and finish what you have started, they won't find anyone better than the incumbent coach!

Couldn't agree more - that team was in dire straits when you took them over. You've brought them back to respectability, now it's time to take the next step and turn them into Super Bowl contenders!

That's certainly what I'm hoping to do with the Jets - we haven't been too hot the last couple of seasons, but I'd find it near to impossible leaving an almost-full league like the AY with so much interaction with other coaches. I'm hoping to lead us back to the play-offs next year, but if we fail again I'm sure I'll still enjoy the ride.
