A few forum sections were getting a little unruly, and to make it easier to people who are not in the AY to find interesting strategy discussion without much league specific content I've separated out the AY specific forums into their opwn section, and kept the universal forums up the top. When people get used to where they AY stuff is now I'll remove the Header AY- from the field, franchise central, locker room and bookie's room.

Note a couple of name changes- the idle chitchat forum is now called "on the bench" not player's locker room.
Discussion of AY roster moves and such is now titled Locker Room, this is now separate from pure roster strategy topics, which are still in the Personel office.

This all to make it easier for people to get what they want out of the site with the time constraints of those painful distractions like work and family.
