Can't say I'm too happy with Portis getting injured either - latest reports seem to suggest that my star player is struggling to start the season!  
Even if he is fit by then, he's unlikely to be firing on all cylinders. I agree with Clinton - let's scrap pre-season!

Come on guys. Get on board and draft some players who might even get on the field!

Yeah, sorry Tom but I'm with Alex on this one. Given my shallow knowledge of the NFL, it's a bit of a stretch for me playing in one league TBH! If you're a player short and running out of time to set up the league though, I could join to make up the numbers if you like.

Branch not close to returning

The damn automatic ranking took Dayne and Branch for me, expecting them to be middle ground #1 Rb and WR respectively, now it is projecting them both to work out only as poor 3rd stringers! Aarghh!  

I've been reading that Dayne may be starting at Denver....

That was the original diagnosis, now he is third on the depth chart and injured to boot!

Now it seems that TO has worse injury problems than originally revealed and "has not been able to shake even third-string defensive backs" in training - I thought I might get problems from this guy, but thought they'd be coming from his mouth not his legs!

And joining him in tumbling further down the lists is Portis with TJ Duckett slated to take all goal-to-go carries!

Sigh! This team was looking so good at one point ...
