I must say i am pretty pumped up for the week's playoffs, each game appears to be a fascinating matchup.

The Rams and Cowboys looks to be an absolute beauty, only OT seperated them early.  This game just has a buzz about it, flip of the coin job.  I just can't wait to see two masters lock horns. http://www.users.on.net/~acoombe/thumb%20up.gif

I am intrigued to see what aces up the sleeve Team Salmon has for the Bears.  Chicago threw the monkey off their back late in the season, and enter this contest in cherry ripe form.  Greg is a wiley customer, so i do expect some trickery to try and get the Bears out of their rthymn.  If Chicago get their offence chugging they will be almost unstoppable.

The Steelers hosting the Seahawks is probably the lowest key game of the 4, but it pits two good sides in sensational form.  Pittsburgh always appeared to be playing for a wild card spot before launching a withering later season assault and knocking off Baltimore in the regular season finale to take the central crown. The Hawks are hte season feel good story, going from the well known 0-7 start to secure the West division on the final day with a 7-9 record.  Form says the Steelers, but these Hawks just won't lie down.

The Ravens travel to miami, keen to atone for a late season hiding from the aquamen.  Will be a tough assignement, but teh raven offence fired on all cylinders when it counted this week, and will put polenty of pressure on the Miami defence. HC Ennis has the rings and pedigree to take this game, should be a ripper.

looking forward to the matchup with the Rams. with the cowboys getting the OT victory back in week 7 at the Rams, Martyn will definitely be looking for revenge when the Rams travel to the Cowboys this round.

even though the Cowboys got the earlier win that seems like an eternity ago. playoffs are do or die so previous matchups mean nothing. should be a close one and could go either way. hoping that the cowboys can get through this one. even if we do the bears or the cards will be waiting. no easy game in these playoffs.

good luck to greg and the Cards when they travel to the bears. Bears have been a great team ever since coach arden took control and have really been racking up some impressive numbers this season.

the afc has the big matchup with Fles and his dolphins hosting the Ravens. should be a fins victory as don't see any team really challenging the fins in the AFC.

wouldn't surprise me to see the Seahawks get a victory. terrible start to the season was completely turned around in the second half of the season and they have some impressive form coming into the playoffs.
