I would like to announce the second generation of Flesfader's in GP, with my son Tom taking over the reigns of Atlanta.  It will take a while for him to get his feet, but he has a roster that is one to envy.

On the coaching front, with some luck I may have a new coach to take over the Hawks position if they are available.  He is a seasoned coach, having coached against and with, in college circles in the past.  Fingers crossed!

noticed Tom's name in the results the last round. He definitely has a very good roster to play with. hopefully he doesn't coach like his dad, otherwise it will virtually impossible to get into the bowl game with Martyn, Arden and Tom all in the NFC. (Greg, if you stay on your name is included here also)

I am sure that Tom will get some assistance from his dad, if he needs any other assistance he is more then welcome to pop in and ask a question here.

The falcons will bring a new flavour to the GB.  Tom wanted a passing team, but with a roster of loaded RB's there may have to be some balance. Expect the defence to be nasty, i think the Colts game today got him wanting some Falcon speed!

On a great note, i can announce that my old Dutch mate Arno Den Riet has hooked up the position as HC in Seattle.  Arno is a terrific bloke (of course he is according to my wife, he is Dutch! lol) and he will really enrich the league with his coaching savvy and more importantly standup character.  The Hawks/Dolphins rivalry will be huge, hopefully along the lines of our old A9 college Georgia Tech/Rutgers, and it will be further enhanced by the fact we had a successful co-coaching stint in the old A8.

Will be a cracking season!

good to see so much interest in the GB. All new coaches are welcome. Will have to get around to fixing the website up a bit for the new (and old) coaches. Try and get Arno to pop onto the forum and introduce himself. Will be good to know what we are up against.



By the way Goz, even though the Seahawks are taken nothing stops you from taking one of the other teams in the West. There are quite a few teams available in this league. Feel free to join in the fun in the NFC if you want.

Hopefully you stay for a long time in the GB. Will be real interesting to have you on board. Where ever you end up it will be a real boost to the quality of the GB as a whole.
