A warm welcome to both - always good to see new coaches in the league. It'd be great if we could get some more coaches in the less-populated divisions (both the Wests and the NFC Central), but it's still looking good for the new season.

Nice promotion work, Mike - keep it up!

I agree Jon...if we could just get 3 active coaches in every division, it really would be a first class league.  And you've got Seattle and Denver with the best available rosters in the AFC, and Atlanta, Green Bay and San Francisco with the best available rosters in the NFC....get a coach in each of those cities and this season will be ready to rock!

Not at all sure if this is actually true or not, but I always had the impression that for uncoached teams, the computer wouldn't fix players or start a QB where there was already a starter. If it is true, then the Vikings and 49ers are still coached!

Also, the number of actions made by the Broncos suggest that Dom is still there for now and hopefully for a long while to come.

Having said all that, the Patriots made a load of changes before Graham had even taken over - how'd that happen?!?

Yes, I had an email from Dom and he's still in Denver, but he's not sure for how long as he's got a lot on his plate at the moment.  But hopefully he'll stick around long enough to turn the Broncos into genuine title challengers...judging by last season, it is well within his grasp.

Available teams update : After his shocking win over Goz's Chargers, Dom Williams has confirmed that he is still in charge of the Broncos...and busy plotting his next big win!

it must be said that mike is assuming these teams are free it is not guaranteed just like some of the the ones said to have been taken the coaches may have recently dropped out of so i would say just go for who you want you never know your luck (though i would have a few backup choices

That's a shame - it's always good to see new coaches join, especially ones who find their way to the forum ... but I guess this game just isn't for everybody.

Just spoke to Beats, he has dropped from the pats, as part of a team reduction.
Paul DeKievit is thinking of joining Bills or Pats

Shame, l really will miss you Beats, l hope you came back soon. l would think NFLc, NFLAY and NFLAR would be three leagues you would want to keep, great active participation.

Yeah, you will be missed Beats. I know the Pats must've been a pretty frustrating team to run this season, but with a good draft behind them, the only way was up for next year.

l agree often teams are just one draft away from being very competitive, you just have to hang in there.
