Jay, personally I'd go with Al's Plan A - keep the older QB and waive the back-up. Then either draft a new BQ or get one through free agency. Or you could fix the old guy or even let him play reduced if you have to.

Thanks Jon, Alex and Norm..........think i'll waive the starter....the current BQ has 6yrs under his belt and needs to step up.

Damage in St Louis

Ret - 6 (inc 7 yr 3* and 3 yr 1* DBs - NOT HAPPY!)
Red - 13
SL - 8
CFA - 13
Safe - 32
Step Gain - 1

LPs - 93

Initially unhappy, probably more with how everything was spread between my squad rather than the numbers - everything seems to have happened where I wouldn't have wanted it to, even the step gain!

However, if I have a perfect draft (lol...) and waive one player I should be able to go into next season fairly happy, albeit a little lighter at DB or TE than I'd like.
