Thought i'd set-up a posting on WR's and how they've been affected, everybody seems to think there WR's are being targetted, this thread may prove whether that is fact or fiction?

On this Wide Receiver topic, I have 4 receivers affected:
2 CFA's
1 Reduced
1 Safe

This tends to support the fact that Wide Receivers are being treated harshly.

Of my 4 I had:
1 step loss
1 reduced
1 retired (2 year reduced free agent)
1 safe
= 25% untouched

However I only had 4 players totally unaffected by something or other:
4/26 = 15.4% untouched
however two of these were gains so
6/26 = 23% untouched by negative events which is close enough to 25% in my book.

I have two. One got a step loss the other was safe.

I have 2 1 retured 1 safe

Out of my 4:

3 step losses
1 reduced
0 safe

Out of the 4 Texan WR's...

1 Red
2 CFA
1 Step Gain!

However, out of my whole squad only my TE, an OL and 2 DBs were completely untouched by the end of season lotto, so in some respects my WRs got off lightly given the step gain!

The 3 Cardinal WR's are all Reduced.

3 WRs - 3 Step Losses! After last season when my 5 yr WR retired (not quite as gobsmacking as Tom's retirement this season but still a bit of a surprise) and another was a CFA, it's becoming quite hard to build a passing game here, but I'll keep trying - all 3 will be fixed.

In other leagues, it always seems to be my O-Line which gets targetted, but in AY they've got off fairly lightly over 2 seasons - there's been the odd reduction and retirement, but nothing unexpected given their veteran status.
